Brando is a stunner. His beautiful, silky long coat is mostly white with buff tabby patches. Brando loves to play on the cat tree and look out the window from various perches. He also loves to interact with people when the wand and string toys are brought out. After a nice play session, he’ll even roll over to reveal his pretty white belly for loving.
When we were first made aware of Brando and his urgent need for rescue from CACC, he was named Stella and was looking for rescue with five “nursing” kittens. After this family was safe and sound in a foster home, it didn’t take long to realize that she is a he – and he was not nursing those babies. The foster stepped in to take over the nursing, but Brando took his role of caretaker seriously. Although he could not feed them, Brando loved those kittens – bathing and cuddling with them to keep them warm. At CACC, he was thought to be semi feral, but it turns out he was just frightened. A few weeks of pets, sweet talk and cuddling with his foster mom revealed the loving and sweet boy he truly is.
Brando interacts and plays well with the other foster cats in his home, but is cautious around the family dog; sometimes showing a little fear. He will be a great companion in a home with other gentle and easy going cats.
He is already neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, Avid micro-chipped, de-wormed and has all necessary shots. He is ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $125
