About Casper – 1.3 Years

Casper is a tough cat to write a bio for because he falls into his own category of personalities. He has a sweet laid-back demeanor and at certain times will get over simulated. The simulation is greater if given a lot of space to roam in. He isn’t your typical lap cat but will lay in your lap. He will lay near you and want to hang out with you. He doesn’t care for a lot of fuss but loves to receive gentle pets and kisses. He will sit and listen to you talk to him. He sits in the sink and drinks water coming from the faucet. He keeps himself entertained if you are gone all day and has no problem being the only cat. It’s hard for his foster mom to explain Casper, but he is just a cool cat in his own way that needs a cool owner that can figure him out in their own way.

We rescued Casper at CACC just hours away from being euthanized.

Casper would thrive in a home that is perfectly fine with the time it takes Casper to adjust to his new home. He needs an experienced cat lover that is willing to ride it out with Casper until all the pieces of the puzzle is figured out by his owner. We can even suggest fostering before adopting Casper. He needs an owner that can teach Casper the rules of the house. Casper should be the only cat. Dogs might be ok, not 100% sure. No kids.

He is already neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, Avid micro-chipped, de-wormed and has all necessary shots. He is ready to go to a loving home.  Adoption fee is $125
