Danny is a friendly, fun and outgoing one-year-old cat. He loves to chase his toys and get lots of pets. Danny has a beautiful gray striped coat and is in search of a forever family to love him and his brother Robbie. Although they are almost twins, Danny’s fur is a little bit darker and his face is a little thinner. Both Robbie and Danny are very affectionate and love being part of the family. They loved to be petted, but not held and carried around.
Robbie and his brother Danny were adopted from another rescue when they were small kittens. During the first few months in what was supposed to be their forever home, the adopters had both Robbie and Danny declawed. As can be expected with this type of amputation, their behavior changed, and using the litter box hurt their little paws. Instead of being patient as these furbabies healed, the adopters returned Robbie and Danny to the rescue as if they were “damaged goods”. A rescue partner contacted us and asked if we could help these boys heal their broken hearts and find them the perfect home.
Robbie and Danny are a bonded pair and are dependent upon each other. They are easy going and get along with their foster mom’s cats and small dog. An ideal home for them would have other pets with whom they can play and interact, but a home where they are the only two pets would also be fine. Due to their rough start, the boys need to be placed with experienced cat owners who are committed to a proper transition from their foster home in order to avoid issues with them using the litter box. Once transitioned, they have excellent litter behavior.
Robbie and Danny are neutered, FIV/FeLV tested negative, micro-chipped, de-wormed and have all necessary vaccines. They are ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $125 per cat.
If you cannot adopt, please share to help Danny and Robby find a “furrever” home.

All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
