LOU – BONDED TO MYRTLE
Louise (Lou) is a sweet young cat (est. 3 years old) with a pretty tortie coat. When she arrived at her foster home, Lou was cautious in her new surroundings. After about a week and a half she warmed up and began asking her foster mom for love by coming around for head scratches and letting out some cute meows.
Lou is bonded with her friend, Myrtle. Lou has a habit of moving her cute, chunky butt next to Myrtle when she eats. They like to nap and play together. It appears Myrtle’s friendly disposition toward others (humans as well as cats) allows Lou to be at ease and trusting and come out of her hiding later. Both love wet food and are extremely fond of greenies treats prior to bed time. They love to sit on the window sill looking out at the action. Myrtle and Lou get along very well playing with string toys together; do not compete with each other for attention or toys, but love to play together. Both relish affection and purr easily.
Myrtle and Lou have to be adopted together. They would be fine in a home with just the two of them or with (an)other cats. We don’t know about dogs, but think with a proper introduction, a home with a cat-savvy dog would be fine
She has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, received her microchip, rabies and FVRCP vaccines, 2 rounds of deworming and flea/ticks treatments. she is ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $125
